Today's weather is my least favorite kind—so humid, breathing makes you sweat. So humid, my glasses steam up when I move from the A/C in my office to the outdoors. So humid, incoming air resembles damp towels.
I do not live in northern New England because I like hazy, hot, humid weather. I live in northern New England because I like wine-crisp air, a bit of wind that makes your synapses snap to and fro, and the ability to wear clothes that don't cling lifelessly to your skin.
How many days is it until fall?
So today's pictures are an attempt to mentally cool off while we all wait for this hazy, humid, yucky air to move outta here!
